Ingredients

500 grams of Fried beans

3 Medium onions

1 Bell pepper

2 Tomatoes

½ kilogram of Fish of your choice

1 ½ cup of Fried flour

½ cup of Brazil nuts

1 tablespoon of Palm oil

Cilantro

Allspice

Shrimp

Preparation

Step 1 : The beans are soaked in warm water for 1 hour, then drained and blended in a blender with two onions.

Step 2 : This mixture is placed in a container and a cup of flour is added until the right consistency for shaping with a spoon, avoiding the dough from becoming hard.

Step 3 : The dough, similar to a bun, is placed in a skillet with hot palm oil and cooked until golden.

Step 4 : Then, it is removed and set aside.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, the fish is cooked traditionally with paprika, pepper, tomato, onion, and cilantro.

Step 6 : Once ready, the broth is placed in a separate container, separating the fish bones.

Step 7 : Then, the chestnuts are blended with some of the broth.

Step 8 : In a separate skillet, diced onions are fried until golden, then wheat flour and a little more paprika are added.

Step 9 : Once the flour and onions are combined, the broth, half a tablespoon of palm oil, and constant stirring are added to prevent lumps.

Step 10 : When it starts to come away from the bottom, seasoning with salt, cilantro, and finishing with olive oil.

Step 11 : The prawns are fried, and the meatballs are opened to decorate with the shrimp.
