Ingredients

500 grams of Tapioca starch

250 grams of Grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup of Milk

Oil

3 Eggs

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Tea

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot over medium heat, place the milk, oil, and salt until they boil.

Step 2 : Once cooked, pour the mixture into a bowl over the tapioca starch and stir until all the starch balls dissolve.

Step 3 : Let the dough cool for a few minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese and eggs, and knead until reaching a homogeneous dough.

Step 4 : Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.

Step 5 : Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Step 6 : For the best experience, it is recommended to eat the bites freshly out of the oven.
