Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
3 liters of Water
1 kilogram of Wheat flour
2 Chicken broth cubes
1 pinch of Salt
Spices
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 kilogram of Shredded chicken breast
2 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
1 cup of Parsley
Bell pepper
2 kilograms of Breadcrumbs
2 Egg whites
Vegetable or olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, pour the 2 liters of water into a pot, add the 2 chicken broth cubes, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of spices, then bring to a boil.
Step 2 : It is recommended that the water has a chicken flavor.
Step 3 : Once boiling, add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture is integrated and the dough detaches from the pot.
Step 4 : Let it cool, kneading the dough frequently.
Step 5 : To prepare the filling, heat oil in a skillet and add garlic, bell pepper, and onion, cooking until golden.
Step 6 : Then add the shredded chicken, salt, and spices to taste, stirring to season well.
Step 7 : For shaping the bites, grease your hands with butter, take a portion of dough, flatten it in your palm, add the filling, and close into a pointed shape resembling a drumstick.
