Ingredients

185 grams of Flour

1 Fresh orange peel

200 milliliters of Olive oil

100 milliliters of Milk

100 milliliters of Olive oil

1 Passion fruit piece

2 Pineapple slices

100 milliliters of Cold whipped cream

40 grams of Brown sugar

1 Glass of orange liqueur

1 Glass of brandy

Fresh mint leaves

Icing sugar

100 milliliters of Orange juice

50 grams of Brown sugar

5 tablespoons of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the cannoli, place a saucepan over heat and immerse the orange peels in oil.

Step 2 : Once it boils, remove the oil and let it cool.

Step 3 : Then add milk and flour to form a dough, which is rolled out with a rolling pin or bottle on a surface and wrapped around a metal cylindrical mold.

Step 4 : Fry the cannoli in oil and then remove the mold.

Step 5 : To prepare the filling, beat the whipped cream until it thickens and add the sugar.

Step 6 : Continue beating to incorporate the pulp of the fruit and chopped pineapple.

Step 7 : For the orange sauce, place water and sugar in a pot, add the orange juice, liqueur, and brandy.

Step 8 : Let simmer over low heat until it slightly reduces.

Step 9 : For the final presentation, fill the cannoli with the cream and fruit mixture, spread the orange sauce on the base, and sprinkle icing sugar over the cannoli.

Step 10 : Additionally, you can garnish with mint leaves.
