500 grams of Wheat flour
200 grams of Ground meat
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, diced
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
15 grams of Yeast
2 teaspoons of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Salt
250 milliliters of Warm milk
125 milliliters of Corn oil
Parsley and chives, finely chopped
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a container, mix the milk, sugar, and yeast, cover and let ferment for about 20 minutes.
Step 2 : In a bowl, combine the flour, oil, salt, and the previous mixture, kneading until a manageable dough forms.
Step 3 : Then, let the dough rest covered in a dry and dark place until it doubles in size.
Step 4 : To prepare the filling, heat a skillet and sauté the meat with onion and garlic.
Step 5 : Add the tomatoes, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 10 minutes.
Step 6 : If there is any liquid, remove it.
Step 7 : Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for 15 minutes.
Step 8 : Then, divide into portions and form with each portion a hollow circle in the center, shaped like a "bird's nest", letting them rest for 15 minutes.
Step 9 : Fill the circles with the prepared filling and bake until golden.
