Ingredients

2 cups of Ready beans

½ cup of Cabbage with chopped butter

14 Bikini pepper

2 tablespoons of Coconut flour flakes

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, place the feijoada in a blender until it becomes a paste.

Step 2 : Then, transfer the paste to a skillet over medium heat and stir constantly until a very firm dough forms.

Step 3 : Next, refrigerate to cool.

Step 4 : Once cooled, place a little of the dough in the palm of your hand and add some cabbage and a pepper in the center.

Step 5 : Close and pass the patty through coconut flour.

Step 6 : Place the bean patties on a baking tray and bake directly in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : When removing the feijoada from the oven, serve hot accompanied by a delicious homemade pepper sauce.
