5 liters of Filtered water
5 Bread for soaking
1 tablespoon of Fennel
20 Cloves
1 Small chopped panela
1 tablespoon of Ginger purée

Step 1 : The chopped bread is placed in water and left to sit for one day.
Step 2 : Then, panela, crushed cloves, fennel, and ginger purée are added, letting them rest for 6 hours.
Step 3 : Afterwards, the mixture is strained through a very fine sieve.
