5 kilograms of Passionfruit
Flavorless powdered gelatin
100 milliliters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
Step 2 : Then, wash the fruits well and extract the pulp, passing it through a sieve.
Step 3 : Gradually add the gelatin mixture to the pulp and let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 4 : Next, pour the mixture into a glass bottle and place it in a double boiler for about 30 minutes.
