5 kilograms of Cashew juice
Unflavored powdered gelatine
100 milliliters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : Dissolve the gelatine in boiling water and set aside.
Step 2 : Wash the fruit, extract the pulp, and strain.
Step 3 : Gradually add the gelatine and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Bottle the drink and place in a water bath for 30 minutes after boiling.
Step 5 : Serve cold and enjoy.
