Acarajé

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Green peas

1 Onion

½ cup of Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : The peas should be soaked overnight to soften them.

Step 2 : Then, wash and drain them, and proceed to clean by gently rubbing them.

Step 3 : Next, make a purée with the peas in a blender, adding water gradually until achieving a smooth paste.

Step 4 : Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : Heat oil in a pan and fry the pea paste until golden.

Step 6 : Remove excess oil and serve with acajá sauce.
