Baião de Dois
Ingredients
200 grams of Smoked bacon or dried beef
½ kilogram of Green beans or carioca beans
2 Bacon bouillon cubes
1 Sliced sausage
1 Garlic clove
1 Yellow chili
1 Chopped or grated onion
2 ½ cups of Rice
4 tablespoons of Clarified butter
150 grams of Curd cheese sliced
Preparation
Step 1 : The beans are cooked with chorizo and clarified butter for one hour.
Step 2 : In a skillet with oil, sauté the garlic and onion with a bit of cilantro.
Step 3 : Add the rice, the beans, stir, and cover.
Step 4 : Once the rice is cooked, add parsley, stir, cover with cheese, and let it melt again.
Step 5 : Finally, cut into portions and serve to taste.
