Ingredients

8 Cooked and chopped sausages

2 cups of Flour

2 cups of Milk

2 Eggs

1 ½ tablespoon of Baking powder

100 grams of Grated Parmesan cheese

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped tomato

1 Chopped bell pepper

1 can of Corn

1 can of Peas

Olives

½ can of Tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, and half of the grated cheese, mixing until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous dough.

Step 2 : Then, add the baking powder to the mixture and gently stir with a spoon, ensuring both ingredients are well incorporated without over-beating.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a medium heat saucepan, cook the onion, tomato, bell pepper, corn, peas, and sausages for a few minutes until the ingredients are well combined and slightly tender.

Step 4 : To prepare the mold, grease it with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.

Step 5 : Pour half of the dough into the mold, carefully spreading it to create an even layer.

Step 6 : Add the prepared filling in the center, making sure it is evenly distributed, and cover with the remaining dough.

Step 7 : Finally, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

Step 8 : Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden and when tested with a fork, it comes out clean, ensuring it is thoroughly cooked.
