2 cups of Water

1 tablespoon of Oil

200 grams of Diced ham

200 grams of Grated mozzarella cheese

½ can of Peas

1 Diced carrots

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

50 grams of Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the rice until it looks shiny.

Step 2 : Then, add boiling water and stir carefully to combine.

Step 3 : Continue cooking over low heat, with the lid semi-closed, for about fifteen minutes, or until the liquid has been completely absorbed.

Step 4 : Once that time has passed, turn off the heat and let the pot sit covered for another five minutes, allowing the rice to finish cooking with its own steam.

Step 6 : Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over this mixture.

Step 7 : Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for about thirty minutes, until the cheese is gratinated and the surface is golden.

Step 8 : Finally, serve the hot baked rice, ready to enjoy.
