Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fresh sardines
3 Garlic cloves
2 Ripe tomatoes
2 Onions
1 Green or red bell pepper
2 Bay leaves
½ cup of Extra virgin olive oil
½ cup of White wine vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
