Couscous
Ingredients
¼ Bird's eye broth cube
1 cup of Large tube of couscous
1 ½ cup of With water
50 grams of Raisins
1 Large carrot
150 grams of Mushrooms
30 grams of Almonds
15 grams of Pine nuts
1 tablespoon of Curry powder
40 grams of Butter
1 Garlic clove
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious couscous dish, start by filling a glass with couscous and placing it on a plate, spreading it evenly as the base.
Step 2 : Then, in a saucepan, pour 1½ glasses of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3 : While the water is boiling, peel a carrot and cook it in water for 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, place the raisins in a bowl with room temperature water for up to 15 minutes.
Step 5 : In a hot skillet, pour a tablespoon of oil and add the chopped garlic, then add the sliced mushrooms.
Step 6 : Add a quarter of an bird broth cube and sauté for 15 minutes.
Step 7 : To the water and couscous mixture, add a tablespoon of curry and pour it over the couscous on the plate, mixing well.
Step 8 : Then, add butter and cook for about 5 minutes until the couscous is golden and has increased in volume.
Step 9 : In a dry skillet, toast the pine nuts and almonds for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 10 : Add half of the sliced almonds to the couscous; keep the other half for decoration.
Step 11 : Finally, add the diced carrot and mushrooms to the couscous.
