Ingredients
1 kilogram of Chopped chicken meat
2 cups of Pre-washed and drained rice
Chopped medium green bell pepper
3 Chopped tomatoes
2 Chicken broth tablets
1 tablespoon of Sugar
2 cups of Boiling water
2 Onions
3 Crushed garlic cloves
1 Lemon (just the juice)
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The chicken is placed in a container to marinate with the spices for 2 hours.
Step 2 : Then, add lemon juice, garlic, onion, chicken broth tablets, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : In a large pot, place sugar to caramelize in hot oil.
Step 4 : Add the chicken pieces and brown them.
Step 5 : Then, remove from the oil and return to the pot for a deeper golden color.
Step 6 : Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato to the pot with the chicken.
Step 7 : Next, add the rice with water and cook, adjusting salt if necessary.
Step 8 : Once ready, add a sprig of parsley and serve.
