1 kilogram of Shrimp
4 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 Green pepper
Cilantro in lime juice
4 tablespoons of Coconut milk
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, peel the shrimp and clean them carefully.
Step 2 : Then, wash them with water and the juice of two limes.
Step 3 : Next, crush the garlic and mix with salt and cilantro, incorporating this mixture into the shrimp.
Step 4 : Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, chop the onion, tomato, pepper, and some cilantro, dividing them into two equal parts.
Step 6 : In a pot, place the shrimp along with the coconut milk and stir constantly until it starts to boil.
Step 7 : Next, add the olive oil and chopped vegetables, cooking until they are tender.
Step 8 : Once the vegetables are cooked, let it boil for another 2 minutes and serve with white rice as a side.
