Ingredients

100 grams of Grated coconut

30 grams of Water

2 Eggs

5 Egg yolks

50 grams of Butter

180 grams of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by soaking the coconut with water in a bowl for about 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, in another bowl, place the butter and beat until creamy.

Step 3 : Next, add the egg yolks, eggs, and sugar, and mix everything very well with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Once the ingredients are combined, add the soaked coconut to the mixture, mix again, and let it rest for 1 hour.

Step 5 : While the mixture rests, grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 6 : Then, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 7 : After resting, beat the mixture again and pour into the prepared molds, making sure not to fill them completely.

Step 8 : Place these molds inside a tray with water and bake until set.

Step 9 : Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the molds.
