Brazilian Truffles (Brigadeiros)
Ingredients
400 grams of Condensed milk
Chocolate sprinkles
3 tablespoons of Pure cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of Butter
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, cocoa, and butter.
Step 2 : Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3 : In another saucepan, pour the mixture of condensed milk, cocoa or chocolate, and butter.
Step 4 : The mixture is ready when, upon stopping stirring, it pulls away from the pan.
Step 5 : Lightly butter a bowl to hold the mixture without it sticking.
Step 6 : In another bowl, place the chocolate sprinkles.
Step 7 : Proceed to roll the mixture into balls of the desired size and coat with chocolate sprinkles.
Step 8 : Let cool and serve.
