3 Bananas
20 grams of Butter
80 grams of Sertão cheese
2 tablespoons of Ground cinnamon
30 grams of Brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : The bananas are sliced and cooked with butter until they release the fruit's sweetness, avoiding browning.
Step 2 : The cheese is cut into small pieces or grated, depending on its consistency, to facilitate melting, and added to the skillet with the bananas.
Step 3 : Once the cheese has melted, sugar and cinnamon are mixed in and sprinkled over the bananas.
Step 4 : Serve warm and, for decoration, you can add some fried banana slices and cold ones to the plate.
