Cassava Cake with Coconut
Ingredients
750 grams of Cassava
300 grams of Cured cheese
1 cup of Grated coconut
4 Eggs
½ cup of Dende oil
1 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of Baking powder
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel, wash, and grate the cassava.
Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the cassava with the cheese, coconut, and baking powder.
Step 3 : Add the eggs, oil, and milk.
Step 4 : Pour the preparation into a greased mold and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Step 5 : To check if it’s cooked, insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Step 6 : Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
