1 can of Condensed milk

1 ½ cup of Grated coconut

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a thick pot, combine all the ingredients, making sure to mix the grated coconut, sugar, condensed milk, and olive oil thoroughly.

Step 2 : Then, place the pot over high heat and let the mixture begin to thicken, which happens in a few minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 3 : When the mixture has thickened slightly, reduce the heat and continue cooking for about three more minutes, always watching to achieve a creamy and firm texture.

Step 4 : Once the desired consistency is reached, remove the pot from the heat and, with a spoon, beat the mixture for about two minutes to adjust the sweetness and improve its texture.

Step 5 : Immediately, pour the preparation onto a clean, greased surface, such as marble or a tray, and let it cool completely.

Step 6 : When cool, the cocada can be cut into small squares, ready to enjoy its cozy homemade flavor.
