Coconut Delight
Ingredients
1 can of Condensed milk
2 cans of Whole milk
1 can of Coconut milk
4 tablespoons of Cornstarch
1 cup of Red wine
¾ cup of Sugar
100 grams of Pitted plums
Preparation
Step 1 : To make the plum sauce, place the plums, wine, and sugar in a pot, cooking over low heat until the plums are very soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2 : Then, blend and set aside.
Step 3 : For the pudding, combine the milk, condensed milk, and coconut milk in a pot along with the cornstarch previously dissolved in a little milk.
Step 4 : Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a custard-like consistency.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture into a pudding mold and let cool.
Step 6 : Once cooled, refrigerate to allow it to firm up completely.
Step 7 : Serve the pudding topped with the plum sauce.
