500 grams of Peanut or almond
500 grams of Sugar
1 can of Condensed milk
2 tablespoons of Margarine
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the peanut or almond in a skillet and cook over low heat for a few minutes until it releases its shell.
Step 2 : Then return it to the heat along with the sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar begins to caramelize.
Step 3 : Next, add the condensed milk and butter, and keep stirring for about 5 minutes, until the mixture starts to separate from the bottom of the skillet.
Step 4 : Pour the mixture onto a previously greased tray or flat surface, let it cool, and then cut it into pieces to serve.
