Peanut Paçoca
Ingredients
250 grams of Toasted peanuts
250 grams of Cassava flour
5 tablespoons of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Then, place the peanuts in a rectangular container and heat them for 5 minutes in the oven.
Step 3 : Once out of the oven, transfer the peanuts to a processor or blender and process for 1 minute.
Step 4 : Next, add the remaining ingredients and continue blending for another 5 minutes.
Step 5 : The resulting mixture will be ready to shape, so you can pour it into molds if you have them.
Step 6 : If not, stretch the mixture over a surface to a thickness of 3 cm and then cut into desired squares.
