Ingredients

250 grams of Toasted peanuts

250 grams of Cassava flour

½ teaspoon of Baking powder

5 tablespoons of Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the peanuts on a tray and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

Step 2 : Then transfer the peanuts to a processor and process for 1 or 2 minutes.

Step 3 : Add the flour and sugar to the mixture, then process for about 5 more minutes.

Step 4 : Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the baking powder.

Step 5 : Next, knead the mixture with your hands until it reaches the right consistency.

Step 6 : Spread the mixture in a baking dish and let it cool.

Step 7 : Once hardened, cut into small squares.
