Ingredients

4 cups of Sugar

100 grams of Margarine

4 Eggs

1 cup of Milk

3 cups of Wheat flour

1 tablespoon of Baking powder

1 can of Pineapple slices

Plums for decorating

Preparation

Step 2 : Next, sift the flour together with the baking powder and set aside in a separate bowl.

Step 3 : Then, prepare caramel with 2 cups of sugar in the same mold where the cake will be baked.

Step 4 : Once the caramel is ready, place the pineapple slices at the bottom of the mold and position the plums in the center of each slice.

Step 5 : This mixture is set aside while preparing the cake batter.

Step 6 : For the cake, beat the butter with 2 cups of sugar and egg yolks until you achieve a creamy mixture.
