Ingredients
500 grams of Tapioca flour
1 liter of Milk
1 ½ cup of Sugar
250 grams of Grated coconut
1 can of Condensed milk
Cloves
Preparation
Step 1 : First, in a rectangular container, mix the tapioca flour thoroughly with the sugar.
Step 2 : Next, boil the milk with the cloves, and once it's ready, pour it into the rectangular container until the mixture reaches a porridge-like consistency.
Step 3 : Then, add half of the grated coconut and mix again until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Step 4 : Allow to cool.
Step 5 : Once the mixture is cold, sprinkle the remaining coconut on the surface, and it is ready to serve.
