Ingredients

1 cup of Chopped onion

6 cups of Beef broth

2 cups of Peeled and diced potatoes

¼ cup of Wheat flour

¾ cup of Water

125 grams of Bacon

1 Garlic clove

3 Tomatoes

3 Skinless sausages

Lemon juice

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Paprika

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, fry the onion along with the bacon until golden.

Step 2 : Add the garlic and sauté for a minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3 : Then, add the meat, stirring from time to time.

Step 4 : Next, add salt, paprika, and tomatoes, continuing to mix.

Step 5 : Pour in the broth and let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 6 : Afterward, add the potatoes and cook until tender.

Step 7 : Mix the flour with water and gradually add while stirring continuously.

Step 8 : Cook until the mixture thickens.

Step 9 : Finally, add the sausages and a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 10 : The dish is ready to be served hot.
