Ingredients

1 kilogram of Canned black beans

1 cup of Orange juice

½ cup of Water

1 Red bell pepper

1 Onion

8 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

2 teaspoons of Salt

2 teaspoons of Ground cumin

3 cups of Carrot

Preparation
