Ingredients

1 Cabbage

1 Smoked sausage sliced

5 Potatoes

1 liter of Water

1 Chopped onion

1 Garlic clove

150 milliliters of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot with hot oil, sauté the garlic and onion until golden.

Step 2 : Then add water and bring to a boil, add the potatoes to cook.

Step 3 : Transfer everything to a blender.

Step 4 : Once thickened, add hot water.

Step 5 : Return to the stove over low heat, add the sausage and cabbage, previously sliced into thin strips, and serve.
