Ingredients

200 grams of Calabrese sausage

200 grams of Chopped bacon

150 grams of Sausage

1 kilogram of Potatoes

3 Chicken broth cubes

½ Bunch of cabbage

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

½ liter of Water

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cooking the potatoes in a pot with water and chicken broth cubes.

Step 2 : Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pot and mash them, reserving some of the chicken broth and potatoes for later.

Step 3 : In a saucepan over heat, add oil and incorporate the bacon, sauté for a few minutes, then remove from heat and place in a bowl.

Step 4 : Repeat this process for the calabrese sausage and sliced sausage.

Step 5 : In the same pot with oil, add chopped garlic and onion, sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes transparent.

Step 6 : Then, add finely chopped cabbage and stir well.

Step 7 : Add the cooked meats along with the mashed potatoes and some chicken broth to dilute it.

Step 8 : Add half a liter of water, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, serve this delicious stew very hot, garnished with a little chopped parsley.
