Ingredients
500 grams of Onions, sliced
2 Cooked potatoes
1 Garlic clove
1 Beef broth cube
1 tablespoon of Wheat flour
½ can of Cream
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 liter of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the soup, dissolve the flour in a little cold water and set aside.
Step 2 : In a pot, add a bit of oil and sauté the garlic, avoiding burning it.
Step 3 : Then, remove the garlic and sauté the onions along with the potatoes.
Step 4 : Add the water, broth cube, and the flour mixture, cooking for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper, then remove the pot from heat to add the cream.
Step 6 : Pour the soup into a blender and process until smooth and homogeneous.
Step 7 : Then, reheat the soup for a few minutes.
Step 8 : Serve piping hot, sprinkled with cheese and fresh parsley on top.
