Ingredients

1 Kale

2 Onions, finely chopped

5 Garlic cloves, crushed

3 Chorizos

1 Potato, peeled and cubed

1 Sweet potato, peeled and cubed

1 ½ liter of Water

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, wash the kale well and cut it into strips, setting it aside for later.

Step 2 : Next, sauté the sliced chorizos in a pan with a little oil until golden, then set aside.

Step 3 : Then, place a pot on the stove with some oil and sauté the onions until soft.

Step 4 : Add the garlic, potato, and sweet potato, sautéing for a few seconds.

Step 5 : Pour in the water and bring to a boil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 6 : Once cooked, remove the potato and sweet potato from the pot to make a purée with them.

Step 7 : Add this purée back into the soup along with the kale, cooking for 3 minutes.

Step 8 : Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Step 9 : Finally, serve the soup very hot, accompanied by the previously sautéed chorizos.
