2 Bell pepper

1 Tomato

Cilantro

1 tablespoon of Grated ginger

4 Breads

50 grams of Peanuts

50 grams of Cashews

100 grams of Shrimp

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by soaking the bread in coconut milk until it completely dissolves.

Step 2 : Then, blend this soaked bread and set it aside in a pot for later use.

Step 3 : Next, blend the bell peppers, onions, cilantro, ginger, peanuts, and cashews, and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Once ready, incorporate this mixture into the contents of the pot.

Step 5 : Add the dried shrimp to the pot and cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens.
